Limited qty (discontinued) mulberry silk cocoons. You’ll see little nep-y bits and sometimes tiny cocoon fragments or pupa remnants; that’s normal for this form of silk, not a defect.
It’s wonderful when you want texture: blend it into wool for a soft speckled yarn, add it to batts, use it in wet or needle felting, or play with silk paper / fusion. If you’re after sleek cultivated silk top, this isn’t that — this is the interesting, textured cousin.
