Processing time

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Items that aren't in stock, such as pre-orders, special orders and custom work, may take longer.

Domestic shipping

US orders over $35 ship free. Shipping on smaller orders is calculated at checkout. Every package ships with tracking.

International shipping

We ship every international order DDP, which stands for Delivered Duty Paid. You pay all import duties and taxes up front at checkout, and we pay them to customs for you. Nothing is due when your package arrives: no surprise duty bill, no brokerage or handling fee from the carrier, and no package held until someone pays.

Your checkout total shows the duties and import taxes along with a shipping rate that already covers the carrier's customs-clearance fees. The total you see at checkout is everything you'll pay.

We only ship internationally by express courier (DHL Express or UPS), because the postal service can't deliver duty-paid. Courier shipping is faster and fully tracked from our door to yours, but it does cost more than regular mail.

We only ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country isn't listed, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Return shipping

Please mail returns to: PO Box 1794, Duvall WA 98019, United States.

You're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and it isn't refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost is deducted from it. Please use a trackable service or buy shipping insurance, because we can't be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Delivery times for exchanged items vary depending on where you live.
