Hand-painted combed top blend of 50% Bluefaced Leicester (BFL), 25% rose fiber, and 25% baby alpaca. Rose fiber is a plant-based regenerated cellulose fiber made from rose plant stems; it adds a silky sheen and takes dye a little differently from the wool and alpaca. BFL brings luster and strength, and baby alpaca adds softness and warmth. Great for spinning and felting.
